Allergy Clinic
Allergists deal with the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disorders
Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
Otolaryngologists specialize in the diseases and disorders of the head
and neck including the ears, nose, and throat.
Gastroenterology Clinic
Gastroenterology is the study of the stomach and the intestines. A Gastroenterologist
treats patients with diseases and disorders of the digestive tract.
Nephrology Clinic
Specialists in Nephrology treat patients with disease and disorders of
the kidneys. Nephrologists care for patients with acute and chronic kidney
diseases. They also provide ongoing follow-up care for patients undergoing
peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis. Nephrologists also treat hypertension
related to kidney disease.
Ophthalmology Clinic
Ophthalmology deals with the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the

Pain Management
Pain Management specialists treat patients that suffer from chronic pain.

back pain, postoperative pain, neuropathic pain, and sciatica.
Pulmonary Clinic
Pulmonology is the study of the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the
lungs. Pulmonologists focus on the function of the lungs and their role
in providing oxygen to tissues throughout the body. They treat patients
with diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema
and cancer.

Wound Clinic
The Wound Clinic offers diagnosis and treatment of various types of wounds
including acute wounds such as those caused by trauma or surgical wounds
and chronic wounds from diabetes, venous or arterial wounds (caused by
poor circulation) and other types of wounds that are not healing properly.
Anticoagulation Clinic
This outpatient clinic, operated by FCMH Registered Pharmacists, is designed
for patients with an increased risk of blood clots due to a history of
atrial fibrillation, deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and/or
any other conditions requiring the use of blood thinners such as Coumadin
or Lovenox.
Services of the clinic include finger stick blood draws for immediate results
of prothrombin time (PT)/International Normalized Ratio (INR), which determines
the length of time it takes your blood to clot; review of these figures
to make any needed dosage adjustment determinations, review of current
medications including over the counter and herbal supplements to check
for drug interactions, ongoing patient education and communication with
your family physician or specialist and prescriptions or refills as needed
by the patients for their anticoagulant therapy.
