FCMH & FCDA Hosts "The Diabetes Holiday Dinner"

Fayette County Memorial Hospital (FCMH) and Fayette County Diabetes Association (FCDA) invites you to attend The Diabetes Holiday Dinner on Monday, November 6th at Southern State Community College Washington Court House Campus (1270 US Rte. 62 SW). Doors open at 5:30p.m., dinner will be served at 6:00p.m.

The evening will feature a delicious dinner, door prizes, entertainment, diabetes education materials & more. Diabetes patients, family members and friends are encouraged to attend.

“I hope you will join us for a fun filled evening,” said Mary Dye, RN C.D.E “My goal with this event is for attendees to educate themselves about the disease and experience a delicious, portion controlled holiday dinner.”

Diabetes is a disease in which blood glucose levels are above normal and can cause serious health complications if not controlled. FCMH provides free diabetes education classes on the third Monday of each month at 6:30p.m. Class are held in Medical Arts Building 2, Conference Room (1510 Columbus Ave.).
