Mike Diener, Chief Executive Officer

Mike Diener, Chief Executive OfficerMike Diener is the Chief Executive Officer at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. Mike was appointed as CEO in August 2016. Prior to accepting the position, Mike served as the Director of Operations at Adena Pike Medical Center as well as the Director of Adena Home Care. In addition to holding an MBA from Liberty University, Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and maintains his licensure as a Physical Therapist. Mike feels a key component of his role is developing and equipping effective leaders who demonstrate a passion for excellence in providing quality care. Mike believes that healthcare is a calling and is elated to be at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.

Trent Lemle, Chief Financial Officer

Trent Lemle, Chief Financial OfficerTrent Lemle serves as our Chief Financial Officer at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. Previously the Controller at FCMH, Trent has over 12 years of financial and accounting experience within the government, not-for-profit, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining our hospital, he managed the physician compensation division for Premier Health Specialists (Premier Health), the largest group of specialty care practices in southwest Ohio. Trent earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ohio Northern University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an accounting specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well. Trent is excited to deal with the challenges and celebrate the successes of such a great organization.

Tammie Wilson, Chief Nursing Officer

Tammie Wilson is the Chief Nursing Officer of Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She is a long time resident of Fayette County. Wilson became a registered nurse in 1986 upon graduating from Springfield Community Hospital School of Nursing. Before joining FCMH in 1988, she worked at Chillicothe Medical Center in the telemetry step-down unit. In 1988, she began working as a staff nurse in the home health department and emergency room at FCMH. Wilson has been at FCMH for 27 ½ years and has held several positions including the director of home health, business health, medical/surgical, utilization review, clinical informatics, and quality. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing in June 2015 with specialization in nursing and organizational leadership.
