DOT Compliance

DOT regulations can be difficult and complex at best. BHS provides proven management of DOT medical issues and helps you comply with all your DOT medical requirements.

Our physicians are experienced with DOT physical exams and our nursing staff takes the extra steps necessary to obtain all the information that we need to complete DOT physical exams.

DOT Substance Abuse Testing

BHS is a certified collection site for DOT substance abuse testing. Our collectors have undergone extensive training and are certified urine drug screen collectors and breath alcohol technicians (BAT). We provide DOT urine collection services and BAT testing services 24 hours/7 days a week.

After hours testing for DOT post-accident and reasonable suspicion is available by presenting to the Emergency department registration desk.

Location

Business Health Services is located in the new Medical Arts Building 2 at 1510 Columbus Avenue, Suite 110. The MAB 2 is located on the Fayette County Memorial Hospital east of the hospital.

The entrance to the building faces the parking lot. Suite 110 is located on the first floor to the immediate right as you enter the building.

Hours of Service

Business Health Services is open 8:00 am 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. BHS closes on weekends and major holidays.

Afterhours Care

After hours injury/illness care is provided 24 hours/7 days a week in the Emergency Department of Fayette County Memorial Hospital. Follow-up visits will then be scheduled with Business Health Services.
Post accident, and reasonable suspicion substance abuse testing is available 24 hours/7 days a week by presenting to the registration desk in the Emergency Department.
