Good nutrition is the cornerstone of disease prevention and wellness. At Fayette County Memorial Hospital, our mission is to provide exceptional nutritional care for all individuals we have the opportunity to serve. We are committed to being an active resource for safe and trustworthy nutritional information and education throughout the community and surrounding areas. The primary goal of our department is to meet the nutritional health needs of our patients and customers. This includes the preparation and service of safe and nutritious meals, nutrition instructions and consultations. The department is directed by a full-time Registered, Licensed Dietitian (R.D., L.D.) with a full support staff committed to maintaining quality service in all areas of food and nutrition.
