Foundation Board of Directors

The Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation was established in the FCMH Foundation Logospring of 2010 to function as the fundraising arm of the hospital in support of its mission and charitable purposes. The Foundation offers a way for community residents and businesses to directly invest in equipment, services and programs to enhance patient care and the quality of life in Fayette County.

FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pamela J. Langley, PresidentPamela J. Langley, President Pam is a licensed Realtor & Auctioneer with Prudential Lewis & Langley Realty, and has worked in that position for 24 years. She is also a licensed Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Resource Group, Inc. Pam attended Columbus Business University, Hondros College. Pam served eight years as director on the Chamber of Commerce board, and was past president of the Fayette County Realtors Association. Pam is honored to be the President of the Fayette Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. Pam has volunteered her time in the community with local organizations, and she knows the value of living and working in a small community. Pam’s goal for the board is to educate the community with the mission of the hospital.


Roger E. Kirkpatrick, Vice PresidentRoger E. Kirkpatrick, Vice President Roger Kirkpatrick is a licensed embalmer and funeral director and owner of the Kirkpatrick Funeral Homes in Washington C.H. and New Holland. After attending Wittenberg University, he graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. “Throughout my working career I have had contact with the hospital on nearly a daily basis. Over the years I have seen the many changes, not only in the physical structure of the hospital itself, but also in the various ways the staff and administration have striven to serve the medical needs of those in our community. Sufficient funding is critical to maintain not only the hospital structure, but also the medical and technological programs of our hospital. I hope that, by serving on the foundation board, I can in some small way, help to assure a great future for Fayette County Memorial Hospital and the health care needs of our local residents.”


Norma K. Kirby, PhD., SecretaryNorma K. Kirby, PhD., Secretary Norma recently retired as an administrator from the Miami Trace Local School District after 35 years of service. Norma earned her undergraduate degree at Capital University, her Masters of Education degree at Miami University, and her Doctorate at Ohio University. Norma considers it an honor to serve on the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation to help assure the future of the hospital for the future of our community.
Vanessa L. Blevins, TreasurerVanessa L. Blevins, Treasurer Vanessa is a Certified Public Accountant and the owner of Vanessa L. Blevins, CPA.  Vanessa is a graduate of Morehead State University. Vanessa is the Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce and a board member for the Ohio Society of CPA’s foundation committee. “Fayette County Memorial Hospital is very important in our community.” Vanessa was happy to be asked to help serve our community by serving on the board and raising money for the many needs of our hospital.
Ronald Amore, Jr.Ronald Amore, Jr. Ron started working in the family bowling business at the age of sixteen. In 2008 Ron and Diane, his wife, purchased LeElla Lanes from his parents. In 2009 they opened Amore’ Pizzeria located inside the bowling center. “It is an honor to serve on a board that is a vital part of our community and county. As a resident and a business owner in Fayette County, I feel it is vital that the hospital survives and prospers.”
Lyndon ChristmanLyndon J. Christman Lyndon is the Chief Executive Officer of Fayette County Memorial Hospital where he is responsible for all aspects of hospital operations. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and a Master of Health Administration degree. Lyndon’s prior experience includes service at Licking Memorial Health Systems, Galion Community Hospital, and Genesis/Bethesda Health Care Systerm. Lyndon participates in both professional and civic organizations including The American College of Healthcare Executives and The Ohio Hospital Association Board of Directors. He also seves as a YMCA board member.
Nick EpifanoNick Epifano Nick Epifano is a four-restaurant McDonald’s franchisee in Fayette and Greene Counties. He is also the Regional Leadership Council Chairperson for the McDonald’s Restaurants in the Ohio Region. Nick feels a community hospital plays a vital role in the community’s quality of life and is looking forward to serving the community as a foundation director.
Robert HerronRobert Herron Rob is the owner of Herron Financial Group. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Ashland University in 1976. “With health care cost rising and government assistance declining Fayette County Memorial Hospital is always going to struggle financially unless there is continual community involvement. Community awareness is so critical and the newly formed Foundation has to bridge this gap.”
Shirley PettitShirley Pettit  Shirley is the CEO and owner of Pettit Enterprises, Inc.  She is a graduate of Miami Trace High School. Shirley is looking forward to serving on the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, helping to continue the health care and longevity of our local community hospital.
Ronald D. RatliffRonald D. Ratliff Ron, a graduate of Morehead State University, is self employed. The hospital has helped Ron’s family on many occasions throughout the years, and serving on the board is his way of giving back.
Daniel W. RobertsDaniel W. Roberts Dan is the superintendent of Miami Trace Local School District, and has served in that position since 2002. Before becoming superintendent, Dan was the principal of Miami Trace Junior High School for eleven years. Dan has also coached football, wrestling, and baseball. “We live in a great community that has many important institutions that serve the needs of our citizens. The hospital is among those institutions. I am committed to bringing in funding to obtain the necessary resources for the hospital that will provide our local people with world class health care right here in Washington Court House.”
Debbie Boggs, RN, Executive DirectorDebbie Boggs, RN, Executive Director Debbie first became a member of the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Team while in high school and continued working at FCMH for a year after graduating from Mount Carmel School of Nursing. Her nursing career has included positions in surgery, emergency department, physician offices and hospice. Debbie returned to FCMH ten years ago and currently serves as the foundation’s Executive Director. “It is truly an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to work with the wonderful and dedicated individuals who serve on the foundation board as we move forward with our mission.”
